Which cities do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Ado-Ekiti (and Ekiti State), Ilesha, Ibadan, Akure, and Ilorin. For detailed coverage notes, check our Delivery Policy.
How long does delivery take and what are the charges?
For orders within Ado-Ekiti, we provide Same-Day Delivery completed within a maximum of 1 hour. Delivery fees within Ado-Ekiti range from ₦500 to ₦2,000 depending on your location. Deliveries outside Ekiti State (Ilesha, Ibadan, Akure, Ilorin) arrive within 72 hours.
What are your ordering hours?
Online orders are accepted Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Orders are prepared fresh and dispatched during active hours.
Can I schedule my delivery or pick up in-store?
Yes! At checkout, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time, or choose In-Store Pickup to collect your items for free at our SmahChills store in Ado-Ekiti.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) to guarantee cold-chain food safety and swift dispatch.
What happens if my order cannot be delivered?
If there is an unexpected delivery issue (e.g. inaccessible road or contact difficulty), our team will notify you promptly via phone call or SMS to reschedule or coordinate an alternative solution.
Where can I buy SmahChills in a supermarket?
Drinks and Greek yoghurt are also stocked at partner supermarkets and malls across Ado-Ekiti, Ilesa, Ibadan, and Ilorin, including NAO, Ducno, Staleg Mall, Chino, and Havana Mall. Full list: Where to Buy.
How should I store drinks and yoghurt after delivery?
Keep Greek yoghurt refrigerated (2°C to 6°C) and consume opened tubs promptly. Shake bottled drinks well, keep chilled, and check the best-before date on the pack.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo if you have one. We’ll follow our refund and delivery policies to make it right. Policy links are in the site footer, or go straight to Contact.
